I live in Fonyod, a little town near Budapest, and I was waiting for a live concert after the solo album. Since April there was posters on the walls, advertisements on the radio and on television. A mounth before the event I bought the ticket. The weather was very bad! Unfortunately, the place that was choosed was opened, and the rain that started falling during the concert was very tiresome. Anyway, when Mark appeared on the stage there was a big cry from all the people that was there. Sometimes Mark stayed about a minute looking to the public as he was surprised to see many people with that weather. The sound of the Mark´s songs made me forget the rain. It was a great concert that I´ll remember for all my life. People danced and sung all the songs and Mark seemed to be happy for this. It was funny to see Guy Fletcher playing the guitar in "Done With Bonaparte" and to hear songs like "A Love Idea" that we never heard before in a live concert. About two hours and fortyfive minutes, the public in delirium, and two encores... Simply a big party for the fans, but I didn´t got enough of one night! I´m still waiting Mark with Dire Straits here in Hungary... I hope that Mark doesn´t forget that his blood is half Hungarian! Szia... to everybody!
